“Goodness, where to start?! I can’t tell you how incredibly happy I am with our kitchen remodel! Choosing a GC is HARD. I went into this project terrified from all the horror stories I’ve heard from friends and family about the remodeling projects they did with a difficult GC. From budget issues to improper work, it honestly kept us from remodeling for a long time. Well, we have a small house and a big family. It was time. We finally pulled the trigger and hired Artisan Kitchen & Bath, and I’m SO glad I did! We have a small kitchen and not much wiggle room to work with unless we wanted to add on to our house. (Not in the budget at the time!). This was no issue for William and his team—from the very start, he worked hard to figure out how to maximize our space in a small kitchen with 5 kids. He listened and understood my vision and concerns going into this process and made me feel at ease every step of the way. He sticks to his word—he responded in a timely manner, he stuck to the budget (honestly one of my biggest concerns—oh, the horror stories I’ve heard about this one!), and he was constantly stopping by to check on the progress and the work of his crew. He was SO involved in the process. I loved that! His vendors were great to work with. It was so much fun to pick out our quartz countertops and shop for all the new fixtures! His team was just as wonderful—very friendly and pleasant. They were so nice to my family and got a kick out of my toddlers watching them work. They left the areas clean, and I didn’t have to worry about my kids getting hurt. It’s hard to keep them out of the kitchen in a small house! If you couldn’t already tell, we are thrilled with our kitchen—I get excited to unload the dishwasher every morning now, hah! If you’re considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel, I highly recommend Artisan Kitchen & Bath. I know you’ll love them just as much as I do! ”

“Working with Will Albaugh and his Artisan Kitchen & Bath crew was absolutely AMAZING. After sifting through multiple GCs in the area, I was starting to get frustrated. Too many of them simply didn’t fit my needs, and the one I thought may work came at me with almost double what I presented as my max budget. “Remodels are a big investment and always a bit stressful for the homeowner, but with Will and his crew you are in good hands. We have a tiny townhome, and after a knee replacement, we needed to make all the design decisions that made it painless to have the complete bathroom remodel done. Our remodel included the tub-to-shower conversion, shower pan, glass shower doors, ceramic tile work for shower and half bathroom walls, grab bars, shower seat, new toilet & vanity, new tile floor, a light in the shower, a new medicine cabinet and light fixture, and the works. I was amazed by how fast the work went once the crew got started. Will did site visits almost daily from start to finish, and on a side note, when our AC went out in the middle of the job, he knew a guy for that as well, who was honest and charged us a fair price and is going to be doing our services from now on! We didn’t have room for supplies, but no worries, Will or his crew picked up all the supplies for us and stored them in his warehouse until needed. Everyone did great site cleanup at the end of each day as well. One thing we learned after having the kitchen done by a different contractor was that the contractor and the crew really make all the difference! If you are nervous about making the investment in a remodel for your home, you can’t go wrong with Will Albaugh & his crew. I would trust them to do any job, big or small, in my home again.”
